Course Overview
Fuelosophy
Fuelosophy is a course for all knowledge seekers. The initial focus is to remove physiological inflammations that inhibit productivity.
Fuelosophy addresses the problem of motivation, from the bottom up. It can feel like a wicked problem to fully harness ones motivation. However, systemically examining the source of our motivation starting with energy and metabolic health gives us deeper clarity and ability to manage emotion.
Fuelosophy takes the organism on a 6-week journey. The course begins with ways to introspect and remove physiological inflammations starting with metabolic health and moving towards the nervous system. We will share practices that remove correlated mood and neurosis. We will fix the problem of motivation by harnessing fuel and aligning energy to focus core motivations towards our most meaningful values.

Switching on Autophagy
Metabolic Switching for Cellular Maintenance
Autophagy is the way our bodies clean at the cellular level. Each cell in our body has a metabolic switch to help regulate the homeostatic process of building or breaking down the cell.
We are really only beginning to understand the process of autophagy, but the discovery of the mTor switch in 2016 was a major breakthrough that made it more clear how the process is triggered at a cellular level.
This section introduces a 5-7 day fasting mimicking diet that was designed to trigger autophagy in the body while maintaining a relatively comfortable diet. The key strategy is to reduce protein to less than 15 grams per day. Success is measured by monitoring the body's glucose ketone index (gki).
